Tius policy shall provide <br />coverage in the amount of no less than One Million. Doliars ($1,000,Q00). Insurance policies <br />shall be endorsed (1) ta show Orange Covnty as additional insured, as their interests inay appear <br />and (2} to amend cancellation notice to 30 days, pursuan# to Narth Carolina la~~v. Certificates of <br />znsurance shall be signed by a licensed North Caroli~a agent and be amended to show "t~urty <br />(34) days' notzce of change or cancellatioaz will ba given to the Orange County Risk Manager hy <br />certified mail." <br />SECTION EIGHT <br />RELATIONSHII' OF PA.RTIES <br />
