Additions or Changes to the Agenda <br /> 26 The Chair went over the items at the County Commissioners' places: <br /> 27 <br /> 28 - Yellow sheet - a petition from the public <br /> 29 - Blue sheet—staff response to Commissioner Gordon's questions for items on the <br /> 30 consent agenda <br /> 31 - White sheet—additional information for item 8-c, Next Steps: Northern Human <br /> 32 Services Center <br /> 33 - Pink sheet—revised listing of the Emergency Services Work Group, item 12-b <br /> 34 <br /> 35 <br /> 36 PUBLIC CHARGE <br /> 37 <br /> 38 The Chair dispensed with the reading of the public charge. <br /> 39 <br /> 40 2. Public Comments <br /> 41 a. Matters not on the Printed Agenda <br /> 42 Petitions/Resolutions/Proclamations and other similar requests submitted by the <br /> 43 public will not be acted upon by the Board of Commissioners at the time presented. All <br /> 44 such requests will be referred for Chair/vice Chair/Manager review and for <br /> 45 recommendations to the full Board at a later date regarding a) consideration of the <br /> 46 request at a future regular Board meeting; or b) receipt of the request as information <br /> 47 only.
