Staff will clarify <br /> 31 by changing this to "Grantors promise that they will not perform...." <br /> 32 <br /> 33 (Note: it seems odd that the deed refers to the two individuals as the "Grantors,"but <br /> 34 refers to Orange County and the Eno River Association as the "Grantee.') <br /> 35 <br /> 36 "Grantee" is defined on first page as meaning both Orange County and the Eno <br /> 37 River Association. No change recommended. <br /> 38 <br /> 39 There are notes in bold concerning changes. Should these changes have already been <br /> 40 made? <br /> 41 <br /> 42 The bolded language serves as reminders to staff and County Attorney to make <br /> 43 final technical edits once more information is available.
