~ <br />b. Access to and availability of space at the Chapel Hill SenioF Center for <br />special events, programs, and workshops sponsored by The Hospital and the parties <br />jointly. The parties will determine the schedule for and other specifications of such events, <br />programs, and workshops. <br />c. Three representatives to The County's Wellness Program Advisory <br />, Committee from The Hospital, and representation on other advisory committees of the <br />Center and The County, as determined by the parties. <br />d. Prominent identification of The Hospital as a sponsor in signage, <br />informational and promotional materials, and other information disseminated by The <br />County. <br />e. Enhanced recognition of The Hospital's sponsorship and co-sponsorship <br />activities in the Senior Times newspaper. <br />2. The Hospital will provide the following: <br />a. Funding to support the salary and benefits of a full-time Wellness <br />Program Coordinator. The Hospital will reimburse The County for $45,500. Such <br />amount will be payable in monthly installments within thirty (30) days of The Hospital's <br />receipt of an invoice from The County. Such reimbursement may be adjusted annually <br />upon the mutual agreement of the parties. <br />b. Participation of senior-level Hospital wellness professionals, clinicians, <br />and executives as representatives on the Wellness Program Advisory Committee. • <br />c. Involvement of The Hospital's 55+ staff in Wellness Program planning <br />and development. <br />d. Funding for new programs designed to promote the health and wellness <br />needs of seniors in the County, as mutually agreed by the parties. <br />3. All copyright, service mark, and trademark rights and interest in the logo, <br />systems, forms, policy manuals, marketing and public relations~ materials relating to The <br />Hospital, the current logo, if any, and any subsequent logos purchased or created solely by <br />The Hospital are the sole property of The Hospital. The County agrees that it will not use <br />such proprietary information in signage, informational and promotional materials, the <br />Senior Times newspaper, and other information disseminated by The County without the <br />prior review and approval of The Hospital. The Hospital's approval will not be <br />unreasonably withheld. <br />4. This Agreement will run from the 1 st day of July, 1997 through the 30th day of <br />June, 1998, unless earlier terminated as provided herein. <br />2 <br />
