33. Prohibition on Gifts. North Carolina General Statute §133-32 and Executive Order 24, as <br /> applicable, prohibit the offer to, or acceptance by, any employee of Lessor of any gift from <br /> anyone with a contract with Lessor, or from any person seeking to do business with Lessor. By <br /> execution of this Lease, Lessee attests, for its entire organization, including its employees or <br /> agents, that it is not aware that any such gift has been offered, accepted, or promised by any <br /> employees of its organization. <br /> 34. Notices.
