Maintain the OCCC website. <br />• Regularly maintain Twitter and Facebook accounts. <br />• Write & distribute monthly newsletter. <br />• Write grants to support the center. <br />• Field phone calls and email queries within a business day. <br />Handle accounts payable /receivable through accounting software. <br />Qualifications: <br />• Interest in and knowledge of the arts, history, and local culture. <br />• Office skills, including word processing, internet, email, and bookkeeping. <br />• Ability to use bookkeeping software, such as Quickbooks <br />Strong interest and ability to use social media. <br />• Ability to adhere to a budget. <br />Ability to work under pressure. <br />Ability to develop and adhere to deadlines. <br />Demonstrated integrity and honesty. <br />Creativity and ideas. <br />Ability to communicate effectively. <br />Strong organizational skills. <br />Part -time Custodian <br />A part-time Custodian will be hired by December 1, 2011 to work approximately 10 hours per week at <br />a starting salary of $9 per hour.
