ADJOURNMENT <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Halkiotis, seconded by Commissioner Carey to adjourn the <br /> meeting at 11:00pm. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> The next meeting will be a Joint Public Hearing with the Planning Board and is scheduled for <br /> Monday, August 26, 2002 at the F.
