That the applicant shall install any required wastewater treatment system <br />improvements necessary to support approved expansion projects prior to the <br />commencement of earth disturbing activities. Further, the school is required to <br />supply Planning and Environmental Health staff will any and all permits issued by <br />the State of North Carolina allowing for the operation/modification of the system. <br />APPLICANT RESPONSE: Agree <br />8. That an annual inspection of the wastewater treatment facility shall be conducted by <br />the Orange County Health Department, consistent with established Departmental <br />policy, in order to ensure that the system is functioning within established <br />parameters. The applicant shall bear the burden of paying all fees associated with <br />this inspection of the wastewater treatment facility as imposed by the Health <br />Department. <br />APPLICANT RESPONSE: Agree. For additional information on this matter, please <br />refer back to the response under Subsection F. <br />9. That the applicant shall apply for all necessary Building and Zoning Compliance <br />Permits prior to the initiation of construction projects consistent with the approved <br />site plan. <br />APPLICANT RESPONSE: Agree <br />10.That the applicant secure any necessary Soil Erosion and Grading, Stormwater, or <br />other similar permit(s) from the Orange County Erosion Control Division, prior to any <br />land disturbing activity occurring as part of the approved site plan. <br />APPLICANT RESPONSE: Agree <br />11.That the erection of outdoor sports field lights shall be construed as a modification <br />requiring the applicant to apply for a Class A Special Use Permit modification as <br />detailed within the UDO, and <br />APPLICANT RESPONSE: Agree. While we believe that the wording of the Unified <br />Development Ordinance would require the filing of a new SUP application for any <br />proposal to erect athletic field lights, we agree to accept a condition requiring same. <br />12.
