This item was heard at the November 21,2011 quarterly public <br /> 33 hearing. <br /> 34 Presenter: Michael Harvey,Planner III <br /> 35 <br /> 36 Michael Harvey: Reviewed abstract and attachments. <br /> 37 <br /> 38 Alan Campbell: As a general rule, when you come up with the variety of conditions, a lot are conditions; does this <br /> 39 just make it nice and neat? <br /> 40 <br /> 41 Michael Harvey: Correct. It will fully document what will be required. <br /> 42 <br /> 43 Lisa Stuckey: There was a little bit of discussion on whether it was Eno or New Hope Fire Department,are you clear <br /> 44 on the right one? <br /> 45 <br /> 46 Michael Harvey: We have been told by the Fire Marshall both so we are covering our basis and listing both in the <br /> 47 findings of fact. <br /> 48 <br /> 49 Lisa Stuckey: Should we say on page 49 that it would be provided by both? <br /> 50 <br /> 51 Michael Harvey: Yes. And since the Fire Marshall told us both,that is why the condition reads as it does. <br /> 52 <br /> 53 Lisa Stuckey: I have a question about the email regarding a road.
