FINANCIAL IMPACT: According to Section 2(a)(i), Orange County will purchase the Honda <br />Civic Hybrid owned by the Regional Library at fair market value as determined by Kelly Blue <br />Book as of May 31, 2012. The proceeds of the sale of the vehicle would be divided among the <br />three counties on a equal basis. The estimated fair market value is $11,000; therefore each <br />county will receive $3,667. Orange County's total cost would not exceed $7,334. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board approve the <br />Memorandum of Understanding and authorize the Chair to sign. <br />
