A motion was <br /> made by Chair Jacobs, seconded by Commissioner Carey to appoint Saul Liss for a term ending March 31, 2005, <br /> Patty Maynard Hill for a term ending March 31, 2004, Cheryl Atwater for a term ending March 31, 2003, and Marla <br /> Fearrington for a term ending March 31, 2005. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> M. Solid Waste Advisory Board—One Reappointment <br /> The Board considered one reappointment to the Solid Waste Advisory Board. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Gordon, seconded by Chair Jacobs to reappoint Remus Smith <br /> for a term ending June 30, 2005. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> Q Orange County Planning Board —One Appointment <br /> The Board considered one at-large appointment to the Orange County Planning Board. Commissioner <br /> Gordon asked to hold off on this appointment to receive more diverse applications. The Board agreed with this. <br />
