342 <br />Article 6: Development Standards <br />Section 6.4: Performance Standards <br />(C) Minimum ReqU'Fed Rite Volume Ratins <br />SECTION 6.4: PERFORMANCE STANDARDS <br />6.4.1 Applicability <br />(A) After the effective date of this Ordinance, any use established or changed to, and any <br />building structure, or land developed, constructed or used for, any permitted principal <br />use, special use, or conditional use, shall comply with all of the performance standards <br />herein set forth for the district involved. <br />(B) The performance standards contained herein shall apply in commercial, industrial, <br />economic development, and conditional districts. <br />(C) If any existing use or building or other structure is extended, enlarged, or reconstructed, <br />the performance standards for the district involved shall apply with respect to such <br />Orange County, North Carolina— Unified Development Ordinance Page 6 -13 <br />
