Article 3: Base Zoning Districts <br />328 Section 3.7: Economic Development Districts <br />I <br />Lot size, min., (acres) 1 4 <br />The purpose of the Economic Development Hillsborough Office/Flex <br />(EDH -5) District is to provide locations for a wide range of <br />assembling, fabricating and light manufacturing activities, and such <br />ancillary industrial activities as warehousing and distribution in the Front Setback,from 50 <br />designated Hillsborough Economic Development District. ROW, min. (feet) <br />Some commercial services are also permitted accessory to industrial <br />development provided all access is provided internally.
