314 Article 3: Base Zoning Districts <br />Section 3.7: Economic Development Districts <br />91: <br />The purpose of the Economic Development Buckhorn Higher <br />Intensity (EDB -2) District is to provide locations for a range of light <br />industrial, distribution, retail, office, and services uses in the <br />designated Buckhorn Economic Development District. <br />This district will usually be applied where the following conditions <br />exist: <br />1. Site is located within the designated Buckhorn Economic <br />Development District. <br />2.
