3 2 Article 3: Base Zoning Districts <br />Section 3.7: Economic Development Districts <br />I N <br />The purpose of the Economic Development Buckhorn Lower <br />Intensity (EDB -1) District is to provide locations for a range of lower <br />intensity non - residential uses in the designated Buckhom Economic <br />Development District. <br />This district will usually be applied where the following conditions <br />exist: <br />1. Site is located within the designated Buckhom Economic <br />Development District. <br />2. Urban services, such as water and sewer mains, are highly <br />desirable, but not required if acceptable alternatives are available. <br />Any proposed use having reasonable access to water or sewer <br />systems shall be required to connect to the systems regardless of <br />the availability of acceptable alternatives. <br />DIMENSIONAL STANDARDS NOTES: <br />Lot size, min., per use <br />(square feet) <br />Front Setback from <br />ROW, min.
