RATIONALE <br />1. Purpose /Mission <br />In accordance withthe provisions of Section 2.3 Comprehensive Plan Amendments of <br />the Unified Development Ordinance, the Planning Director has initiated. an <br />amendment to the Land Use Element Map located within Chapter 5: Land Use <br />Element of the Comprehensive Plan. <br />The purpose of the amendment is to establish consistency between the County's <br />Land Use Plan and Water and Sewer Management Planning and Boundary <br />Agreement (WASMPBA), as well as engineering design work that is presently taking <br />
