New Statutes and Rules <br />__._ ... ________ _._ ---- _.____ <br />Session Law 2011 -88, Senate Bill 201 (AKA the 91 % Bill): <br />"An act to establish the common boundary between Alamance County and Orange <br />County subsequent to the 2010/2011 resurveys of the transitioned properties, as <br />authorized by the North Carolina General Assembly by Session Law 2010 -61 <br />enabling the changes in the historic Orange County /Alamance County boundary line <br />as described in the 1849 Survey establishing Alamance County, and to amend some <br />sections of Session Law 2010 -61." <br />It should be remembered that this proposal only addresses the zoning and land use <br />categories for the properties that fall within the 91 % of the revised boundary line <br />mutually agreed to by Orange and Alamance counties.
