There are no
known approved development projects that will have a significant impact on
this development.
C. Historical Traffic Growth
Historical growth traffic is the increase in traffic volumes due to usage increases
and non- specific growth throughout the area. For this project, non - school
volumes were increased by 2% percent per year to reflect anticipated
background traffic volumes. These traffic volumes are illustrated on Figure 6 as
background traffic volumes.
D. Total Traffic
To obtain total 2016 Build Out traffic volumes, the distributed additional site traffic
was added to the 2016 No Build traffic volumes. The AM peak -hour turning
movements for the studied access drive and intersection were then calculated
and analyzed for the Build Out year. The Build Out year AM traffic volumes for
the study area intersections are illustrated on Figure7.
March 2011 Page 7 (G_Ts
AZZEW
