Traffic Distribution <br />In order to properly determine the impact of the traffic generated by the <br />proposed development, it is necessary to determine the distribution of traffic to <br />and from the development. These percentages are based on the actual counts <br />collected at the site. The following distributions are used for this Traffic Impact <br />Analysis_ <br />> 40% from the east on Mt. Sinai Road <br />A 24% to /from the west on Mt.
