Projected Roadway Improvements <br />There are no known transportation projects planned in the immediate vicinity of <br />this development that will be constructed prior to the Build Out year. <br />D. Public Transportation <br />There is no public transportation that covers this part of Orange County. <br />The amount of traffic generated by a new development is a function of the size <br />and type of development. Once the proposed land use data for the site are <br />known, the number of trips generated by the development can be estimated. <br />Trip generation data for this report was determined by utilizing the School Traffic <br />Calculator developed by the NCDOT Municipal and School Traffic Assistance <br />Unite.
