Friends School has submitted an application seeking to rezone several parcels of property to <br />a Conditional Use Zoning classification and a Class A Special Use Permit application for the purpose <br />of expanding existing school operations located at 4809 Friends School Road. <br />The request involves the following parcels of property: <br />® 9892 -21 -1486 <br />® 9892 -22 -7252 <br />0 9892 -21 -6594 <br />0 9892 -33 -5224 <br />® 9892 -31 -5318 <br />0 9891 -29 -1739 <br />e 9892 -31 -0894 <br />0 9891 -29 -7800 <br />• 9892 -32 -3662 <br />TT <br />Several of these parcels are currently zoned Planned Development Housing Rural nuuer kru- <br />H-RB) to allow for the operation of the aforementioned school. The remainder are zoned Rural <br />Buffer (RB). The properties subject to this petition are located within the Rural Buffer land use <br />
