Harvey, Current Planning Supervisor with Orange County, North Carolina, DO <br />HEREBY CERTIFY that in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.8.7 of the Orange <br />County Unified Development Ordinance I have mailed, or have caused to be mailed, a <br />Notice of Public Hearing to be held regarding the processing of a Conditional Use District <br />application involving, a Zoning Atlas Amendment initiated by Carolina Friends School of <br />4809 Friends School Road to rezone nine (9) properties totaling approximately 109.71 acres <br />northwest of the intersection of Mt.
