ox <br />by governmental action. &° �$ PAC,Es� �N!!l ���IIIIIII�I lIlIIIINN�lllllllllllllll <br />880 594 3l8 <br />The modular classroom shall be located in accordance with the <br />site plan dated August 7, 1989 and revised August 31, 1990. <br />The conditions of approval of the Special Use Permit are as <br />follows: <br />1. The sewage disposal system must at all times be <br />operated and maintained according to the standards and <br />conditions set forth by the NC Division of Environmen- <br />tal Management in Permit WQ0002161 and as may be <br />amended in the future. <br />2. Provide and maintain screening along the eastern . <br />boundary line to screen parking areas and dumpsters to <br />meet the landscape requirements of Article 12.4 of the <br />Orange County Zoning Ordinance. <br />3. With applications for building permits, provide <br />documentation of how the proposed construction will <br />access the existing sewage disposal system as well as <br />estimates for any increase in daily flow through the <br />system. Each application which will create additional <br />demand on the system must be accompanied by an approval <br />letter from the Division of Environmental Management. <br />All information will be submitted to the County <br />Engineer for review to determine that the system demand <br />does not exceed 4000 gallons per day.
