To maintain access for emergency vehicles, the entrance to the school and <br />driveways to each structure are to be kept flee and clear of parked vehicles at <br />all times and shall be clearly identified as fire lanes with reflective signs <br />mounted on posts. The signs shall be installed under the guidance and <br />supervision of the Orange County Fire Marshal's office and shall meet the <br />provisions of Chapter 6 of the North Carolina State Building Code, Volume V, <br />Fire Prevention, 1996 Edition. <br />5. The final site plan and supporting documentation for the project, incorporating <br />all changes, deletions, and additions through the final approval of the project, <br />are incorporated herein and made a part of this Planned Development Special <br />Use Permit. Copies of the fiinal site plan and supporting documentation are on <br />file in the Orange County Planning and Inspections Department. Any <br />applicable permits, upon application, may be issued after approval and <br />recordation of this Special Use Permit <br />6. The development shall be built and operated according to the site plan and <br />attachments supplied by the developer and in compliance with the above <br />conditions. Construction must start and proceed at a reasonable- rate within <br />twelve (12) months of October 1., 1996. If no construction has started within <br />twelve months, the permit become null and of no effect. <br />4 <br />
