115 <br />80m 1523 pmt 155 <br />earlier of the expiration of this permit and any extension of its expiration date, or until <br />such time as this permit is otherwise changed by governmental action. <br />The conditions of approval of the Special Use Permit are as follows: <br />1. The sewage disposal system must at all times be operated and maintained <br />according to the standards and conditions set forth by the NC Division of <br />Environmental Management in Permit WQ0002161 and as may be amended in <br />the future. <br />2. Maintain screening along the eastern boundary line to screen parking areas and <br />dumpsters to meet the landscape requirements of Article 12.4 of the Orange <br />County Zoning Ordinance. <br />3. With applications for building permits, provide documentation of how the <br />proposed construction will access the existing sewage disposal system as well as <br />estimates for any increase in daily flow through the system. Each application <br />which will create additional demand on the system must be accompanied by an <br />approval letter from the Division of Environmental Management. All <br />information will be submitted to the County Engineer for review to determine <br />that the system demand does not exceed 4000 gallons per day. No building <br />permits will be approved for additions/renovations without prior approval from <br />DEM and approval of an amendment to this Special Use Permit. <br />3 <br />
