110 <br />• <br />• <br />sooxl0� �r� i9 <br />are incorporated herein and made a part of this Planned <br />Development Special Use Permit. copies of the final <br />site plan and supporting documentation are on file in <br />the orange County Planning and Inspections Department. <br />Any applicable permits, upon application, may be issued <br />after approval and recordation of the Special Use <br />Permit. <br />7. The development shall be built and operated according <br />to the site plan and attachments supplied by the <br />developer and in compliance with the above conditions. <br />Construction must start and proceed at a reasonable <br />rate within twelve (12) months of August 3, 1992. If nc <br />construction has started within twelve months, the <br />permit becomes null and of no effect. <br />8. If any of the above conditions is field invalid, the <br />Special Use Permit shall become null and void. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Orange county has caused this instrument <br />to be executed in its name as evidence of the issuance of <br />said permit, and the undersigned being all of the property <br />owners of the property above described, have executed this <br />instrument in evidence of their acceptance of said Special <br />Use Permit as'a covenant running with the land. <br />ORANGE UNgTX <br />Jobd M.
