MI-11 <br />BooK1033 PACE 17 <br />expiration of this permit and any extension of its expiration <br />date, or until such time as this permit is•otherwise changed <br />by governmental action. <br />The conditions of approval of the special use Permit are as <br />follows: <br />1. The sewage disposal system must at all times be <br />operated and maintained according to the standards and <br />conditions set forth by the NC Division of Environmen- <br />tal Management in Permit WQ0002161 and as may be <br />amended in the future. <br />2. Maintain screening along the eastern boundary line to <br />screen parking areas and dumpsters to meet the <br />landscape requirements of Article 12.4 of the orange <br />County Zoning ordinance. <br />3. With applications for building permits, provide <br />documentation of how the proposed constiuction will <br />access the existing sewage disposal-system as well as <br />estimates for any increase in daily flow through the <br />system. Each application which will create additional <br />demand on the system must be accompanied by an approval <br />letter from the Division of Environmental Management. <br />All information will be submitted to the County <br />Engineer for review to determine that the system demand <br />does not exceed 4000 gallons per day.
