Donna Dean said that we have used some payment- <br /> in-lieu monies this past year to offset some of the costs of the Lands Legacy projects. <br /> Rod Visser said that we have typically tried to handle payment-in-lieu fairly conservatively where we <br /> try not to budget it until it is in the bank. It could be budgeted, but we would have to be cautious.
