Appointment to the Carrboro Planning Board <br /> The Board considered one appointment to the extraterritorial jurisdiction seat on the Carrboro <br /> Planning Board. <br /> Chair Jacobs noted that the Board appoints all of these representatives to boards and then <br /> we never hear back from them.
