Such objectives include but are not limited to <br /> the development of energy efficient buildings within the County, water <br /> efficiency standards for new development, and development of <br /> affordable housing. (See also Housing Objective H-4.4 and Solid Waste <br /> Objective SW-4.) <br /> Objective LU-4.3: <br /> Determine how private developments can best accommodate or <br /> provide public and private commercial recreational facilities to serve <br /> Orange County's residents. (See also Parks and Recreation Objective <br /> PR-1.3 and Natural Areas Objective NA-10.) <br /> Objective LU-4.4: <br /> Encourage the provision of a range of affordable and suitable low and <br /> moderate income housing by means of development incentives in <br /> order to provide a balanced housing stock for the residents of Orange <br /> County.
