She asked for clarification <br /> on the next steps. <br /> Frank Clifton said that this is not recommending any additional levy in the school district <br /> tax, but just the technical steps of moving forward. <br /> Clarence Grier said that as soon as the Board approves this, staff will contact the LGC <br /> to obtain financing. <br /> Commissioner Jacobs thanked and congratulated the school board for following through <br /> on the principles such as deconstruction and returning schools to communities inside the <br /> municipalities rather th�an on the edges. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Hemminger, seconded by Commissioner <br /> Foushee to authorize staff to proceed with next steps. A capital project ordina.nce for the <br /> project will be provided to the Board as a future budget amendment item. <br />
