My investigation revealed approximately 100 cubic yards <br /> ; of canstructian type was#e has been disposed of on� the back side of your " <br /> property. �On January 29, 1992, I called you and directed yau to discontinue <br /> ' any dumping and to remove the waste and dispose of it in the Orange Cflunty <br /> Landfill #68-�1 on Eul�anks Road. <br /> North Carolina Solid Waste Management Rules 15A N.C. Admin. Code 13B <br /> ; .0201(a) states that no person shall establish or otherwise treat, store or <br /> - dispose of solid waste unless a permit for the facility has heen obtained from <br /> � the Division. <br /> � Please note that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A=22(a) and 15A N.C.
