Creation of an oversight Committee to make recommendations to the Board. <br /> 2. Plan of action approved by the Board. <br /> 3. Funding Sources for Remediation. <br /> • Three options for scheduling the closure the Orange County Landfill. <br /> BACKGROUND: Beginning in 1972 with the initial opening of the County landfilf and extending <br /> to the present, the expected fife of the landfill has evolved. In 1989 the expected life of the <br /> landfill was projected to be through 1997. <br /> Rogers Road Neighborhood <br /> On August 18, 2009 the Board received Attachment E, "Rogers Road Area: Cross Reference of <br /> Town and County Task Force Reports. This agenda item abstract summarizes the results from <br /> the Rogers Road Small Area Plan Task Force and the County Historic Rogers Road Community <br /> Enhancement Plan Task Force reports from 2009, but did not recommend that the County take <br />
