Provided <br />below is a list of Agreements and brief synopsis of each that have been reviewed by the County <br />Attorney's Office and staff is asking the Board to approve. <br />1. Parties to the Proposal: University of North Carolina School of Government and <br />Orange County. <br />Services: The purpose of this contract is to secure services for planning and <br />facilitating a Communications Planning Retreat for the Orange County Board of <br />Commissioners on February 10, 2012. <br />a. Amount: The total cost to the County shall be $2,500. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: Financial impact is listed in each section above. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board authorize the County <br />Manager to sign the above listed agreement and any amendments or renewals of those <br />Agreements. <br />
