32 <br />covenant or agreement hereof by County shall not be deemed a waiver of such <br />breach and no waiver by Landlord or any provision hereof shall be deemed to <br />have been made unless expressed in writing and signed by Landlord. No waiver <br />of any condition or legal right or remedy shall be implied by the failure of <br />Landlord to declare a forfeiture, or for any other reason, and no waiver of any <br />condition or covenant shall be valid unless it be in writing signed by Landlord. <br />No waiver by Landlord with respect to one or more tenant's or occupants of the <br />Shopping Center shall constitute a waiver in favor of any other tenan#, nor shall <br />the waiver of a breach of any condition be claimed or pleaded to excuse a future <br />breach of the same condition or covenant. <br />(n) NOT USED <br />(o) With respect to any provision. of this Lease which provides or infers, in <br />effect, that.
