Fikes, 245-2490 <br />PURPOSE: To receive the Annual Affordable Housing Performance Report from the Orange <br />County Affordable Housing Advisory Board. <br />BACKGROUND: The Orange County Affordable Housing Advisory Board (ARAB) was created <br />in 2001 as the official advisory body on affordable housing to the Orange County Board of <br />Commissioners. One of the activities of the Advisory Board is to provide information regarding <br />the affordable housing accomplishments in the County. Patsy Barbee, ARAB Chair, will present <br />the Annual Performance Report for 2011. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no financial impact with receiving the Report. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board receive the presentation of <br />the Affordable Housing Performance Report as information and provide any feedback as <br />necessary. <br />
