There is no <br /> plug on either of the two cords. They will have to be added by the installer(county)or <br /> wired directly. The two new required circuits should come into the hood equipment chase <br /> at the location of the gas fryer which the electric replaces. <br /> The 2 fryer breakers will be 3-pole, 25 Amp. <br /> Use these circuits from the KI panel: <br /> 37, 39,41—fryer#1 with 5#10* wiring in 3/4"conduit <br /> 43 —Shunt trip <br /> 45,47, 49—fryer#I with 5#10* wiring in 3/4" conduit <br /> 51 —Shunt trip <br /> Cc: Jeff Thompson <br /> David Taylor <br /> Richard Drake <br /> This Field Memo/Project Instruction does not constitute approval of any additional cost or time which a Contractor <br /> feels he may be due as a result of this communication from the Designer.
