SYSTEM DESCRIPTION <br /> NR <br /> Background <br /> Color Icon. Opens a Windows-based Color window, allowing you to define <br /> background colors on the map. <br /> Overlapping <br /> Label Icon. When selected, allows you to overlap object labels on the map. <br /> When not selected, object labels do not overlap on the map. <br /> Link to System:Allowing labels to overlap can result in the CFS/unit <br /> labels being concealed behind each other and make reading them diffi- <br /> cult. <br /> Object Tips Icon. Opens the Object Tips window, allowing you to define an object <br /> tip for an object displayed on the map. (See page 1-74.) <br /> Pan Icon.Allows you to move the map display to other areas of the map <br /> zoom. The area you pan to is the same scale as the current zoom. <br /> Links to System: On the map, click and hold the left mouse button, <br /> then drag the mouse to move the view to another area of the map zoom. <br /> The reference map display indicator moves according to the panning of <br /> the map in the Map Display Area. <br /> Pan Center Icon. Allows you to center the map around a point you select on the <br /> map with the mouse. <br /> Zoom <br /> Rectangle Icon.Allows you to zoom in on an area on the map with a user-defined <br /> rectangle. <br /> Zoom In Icon. Allows you to zoom in on an area by a fixed increment. Use the <br /> Next button to continue zooming. The rectangle in the Reference map <br /> automatically adjusts to reflect the new display area. <br /> Zoom Out Icon.Allows you to zoom out of an area by a fixed increment. Use the <br /> Next button to continue zooming. The rectangle in the Reference map <br /> automatically adjusts to reflect the new display area. <br /> Zoom <br /> Extents Icon. Displays the entire site map. <br /> Previous Icon.
