The due date has been extended until Friday, October 7, 2011 at 11:00 AM <br /> 2. The following questions have been received (answers in ALL CAPS) <br /> a. Are we still to excavate the existing material and install ABC stone provide by the <br /> County or just fine grade existing stone and place the asphalt? If we are to install the <br /> stone what is the required depth? FINE GRADE AND PLACE ASPHALT. USE <br /> COUNTY STONE ONLY IF NEEDED AT SOME SPECIFIC LOCATIONS. <br /> b. for the unit price for undercut, are we to include providing new ABC Stone, or just the <br /> placement with the stone provided by the County? USE COUNTY PROVIDED STONE <br /> 3. Do not include sales tax in your bid amount, the County is not tax exempt, but does get <br /> reimbursed for sales tax. Successful bidder will invoice for sales tax and provide <br /> documentation to Orange County for reimbursement. <br /> 4.
