T COt1'tl'1'tU111Ca~lOt1S Orange RaCE Test Report <br />34 Overall Test Conclusions <br />Many of the Talk-in DAQ failures can be explained somewhat by comparing the site <br />affiliation with the best server RSSI in FIGURE B-13. During many of the Talk-in calls, <br />the mobile radio was not affiliated with the best site based on the different colors of the <br />center of the grid and the boundary of the grid. There is no way to determine if that same <br />condition existed with the Talk-out tests because test equipment only detects the transmit <br />frequency mobile radio. <br />Based on FIGURE B-11 Best Server RSSI, if the mobile had affiliated to the strongest <br />site it is probable that the number of failed grids would have been lower. <br />-7- <br />t-I~M'~t ' ,~~ <br />i <br />
