FINDINGS: <br /> • Section 5.15.6 and 7.14.6 of the UDO— standards concerning review and approval of <br /> subdivisions (i.e. submittal requirements, design requirements, SUP requirements, etc.) <br /> RECOMMENDED APPROVAL: <br /> The Planning Board found there was sufficient evidence entered into the record to make the <br /> affirmative finding as detailed within Attachment 9 <br /> FINDINGS: <br /> • Section 5.3.2 (B) relating to the method and adequacy of the provision of: <br /> — Sewage disposal facilities, <br /> — The adequacy of police, fire, and rescue squad protection, and <br /> — The adequacy of vehicular access to the site and traffic conditions around the <br /> site <br /> RECOMMENDED APPROVAL: <br /> The Planning Board found there was sufficient evidence entered into the record to make the <br /> affirmative finding as detailed within Attachment 9 <br /> FINDINGS: <br /> • Section 5.3.2 (A) (2) of the UDO : <br /> • (1) The use will maintain or promote the public health, safety and general welfare; <br /> • (2) The use will maintain or enhance the value of contiguous property; and <br /> • (3) The location and character of the use will be in harmony with the area and the use <br /> is in compliance with the plan for the physical development of the County as embodied <br /> in these regulations or in the Comprehensive Plan, <br /> RECOMMENDED APPROVAL: <br /> REQUIRED ACTION: <br /> • If the BOCC elects to approve, then the following action is required: <br /> — Approve the rezoning petition (Attachment 7) adopting the findings detailed <br /> therein, <br /> — Approve the Special Use Permit findings (Attachment 9) making a motion on <br /> each individual Section (i.e. Section 2.9.1 ; 2.2 ; 2.7; etc.) affirming the Planning <br /> Board's Recommendation <br /> — Approve the application for a Conditional Use request, which includes the <br /> approved Special Use Permit (with conditions) and the rezoning petition. <br /> REQUIRED ACTION (continued): <br /> • If the BOCC elects to deny, then the following action is required: <br /> — Adopt the resolution denying the rezoning petition (Attachment 8), <br /> — Deny the Special Use Permit (Attachment 9) based on the fact that the rezoning <br /> was rejected, and <br /> — Deny the Conditional Use permit application as submitted by the applicant <br /> REQUIRED ACTION (continued): <br /> • The BOCC could table action on the application to allow for further discussion, <br />
