Gordon, Barry Jacobs, Pam Hemminger, and Earl McKee <br /> COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: Chair Bernadette Pelissier <br /> COUNTY ATTORNEYS PRESENT: John Roberts <br /> COUNTY STAFF PRESENT: County Manager Frank Clifton, Assistant County Gwen Harvey, <br /> Interim Assistant County Manager Michael Talbert, and Deputy Clerk to the Board David Hunt <br /> (All other staff members will be identified appropriately below) <br /> NOTE: ALL DOCUMENTS REFERRED TO IN THESE MINUTES ARE IN THE PERMANENT <br /> AGENDA FILE IN THE CLERK'S OFFICE. <br /> Commissioner Yuhasz called the meeting to order at 7:02 PM. He said that Chair <br /> Pelissier was not able to attend the meeting. <br /> 1. Additions or Changes to the Agenda <br /> Commissioner Yuhasz asked that the Board add item 5-m, Adoption of Bond Order <br /> Authorizing General Obligation Refunding Bonds in the Maximum Amount of$47,000,000 to <br /> refund Public Improvement Bonds Issued in 2004 and 2006 and Approve a Resolution <br /> Regarding Publication of Bond Order. <br /> - Pink sheet was related to item 7-a, Conditional Use Application, Tinnin Woods <br /> - Green sheet was related to item 7-b, North Carolina Tomorrow Comprehensive <br /> Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) for Orange County as Part of the Seven <br /> County Triangle J Council of Governments <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Foushee, seconded by Commissioner Jacobs to <br /> add item 5-m to the agenda. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> PUBLIC CHARGE <br /> The Chair dispensed with the reading of the public charge. <br /> 2.
