All staff of ResCare HomeCare must not: <br /> 1. Engage in any outside activity or enterprise, which could interfere with your job <br /> performance; <br /> 2. Make investments or perform services in any enterprise where, by the nature of the <br /> business,there could be a conflict of interest between you and the Company; or <br /> 3. Accept or offer any commissions or benefits in any form, from any agency, person or <br /> company if it jeopardizes the health, safety, confidentiality, security or well-being of <br /> individuals receiving services from ResCare HomeCare. <br /> All staff must sign the Conflict of Interest Statement effective 5/2/05. <br />
