Contract#68-2012 <br /> CNC/Access,Inc.d/b/a ResCare HomeCare <br /> Sales/Use Tax Refunds: If eligible,the Contractor and all <br /> subcontractors shall: (a) ask the North Carolina Orange County Living Wage: Orange County is <br /> Department of Revenue for a refund of all sales and use committed to providing its employees with a living wage <br /> taxes paid by them in the performance of this contract, and encourages agencies to which it provides funding to <br /> pursuant to G.S. 105-164.14; and (b) exclude all pursue the same goal. The County's living wage hourly <br /> refundable sales and use taxes from all reportable standard, as adopted by the Orange County Board of <br /> expenditures before the expenses are entered in their County Commissioners annually, can be found in the <br /> reimbursement reports. Orange County Budget Ordinance.
