Conduct individual interviews with designated County <br />administrative personnel, and any relevant Department Managers, <br />in order to; <br />■ Ascertain the prevailing concerns with regards to the <br />delivery of emergency medical sery ices in Orange County, <br />Clarify and /or expand upon preliminary/ stated objectives <br />and priorities for inclusion /consideration during <br />development of the Study. <br />2.2. Conduct additional or follow -up interviews with individuals that <br />may affect or be effected by EMS operations and /or the specific <br />issues identified in the study; <br />■ Emergency Services Director <br />■ County Medical Director <br />■ EMS Operations Manager <br />■ EMS Shift Personnel <br />• County Fire Marshal <br />■ Communications Center personnel <br />• Finance /Budget Director <br />• Medical Director <br />• Others, as identified <br />3.1. Organize and schedule times to visit each EMS base location; <br />• Assess general facility conditions and inventory of vehicles <br />available for duty <br />• Observe operations and related activities if /as applicable <br />• Understand current staffing and deployment <br />• Observe and discuss communications processes in place <br />• Review existing procedures with on -duty personnel <br />• Query EMS personnel with regards to any issues of <br />concern to them <br />Solutions for Local Government, Inc. <br />
