She said <br /> that she thinks that the language in H-1 is the language in the statute. If that is the case, then <br /> it should be here too. <br /> Commissioner Foushee said that she would remove her objection because she has <br /> not heard better language to accomplish what the Board is trying to accomplish. <br /> Commissioner Jacobs said that he will not remove his objection. He thinks that it <br /> opens the County up to accusations.
