Section IV: SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS <br /> 1. Proposals must be submitted no later than 5:00PM—local time, Wednesday September 21, <br /> 2011 to: <br /> David E Cannell, Purchasing Agent <br /> Financial Services <br /> 200 South Cameron Street <br /> PO Box 8181 <br /> Hillsborough, NC 27278 <br /> 2. Proposals shall include statements of interest, ability to complete the work within the <br /> required time, experience, and qualifications. All qualified firms are invited to submit <br /> proposals; one (1) hard copy is required (clearly marked "ORIGINAL") and two (2) copies <br /> on either thumb drives or CD's. Hard copy must be bound with printing on both sides of <br /> sheet on recycled paper with the exception of tab or divider pages. The electronic file shall <br /> be in pdf format and shall be a single file. <br /> 3. Proposals received after the set time for receipt shall not be considered and shall be <br /> returned unopened to the proposer. <br /> 4. Orange County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive <br /> irregularities, and to reissue any request for proposals. <br /> 5.
