We have <br /> included the attached proposed cost estimate summary based on our understanding of your needs and our <br /> experience with similar projects. The provided cost is only an estimate and the project will be billed on a <br /> time and materials basis. Some fluctuation should be anticipated in the final cost of the proposed materials <br /> testing budget. <br /> Overtime is defined as all hours in excess of eight hours per day, Monday through Friday, hours worked <br /> before 6:00 a.m. and after 6:00 p.m. and all hours worked on weekends and holidays. Overtime rates will <br /> be billed at 1.5 times the hourly rate quoted. For all work scheduled or cancelled after arrival to the site, a <br /> two-hour minimum charge is required. You will be invoiced on a monthly basis for services actually <br /> performed. <br />
