Unfortunately, due to the short time horizon between now and cur last <br />business meeting of the year --November 21, the: Chapel Hill Town Council will not be able to <br />approve a library agreement before the end of the year. Consideration of the agreementwill be <br />on the .agenda at our January 9, 2012 meeting.
