Authority. This Agreement is authorized under the provisions of: 1) Public Law 111- <br />83, The Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act, 2010, as extended by <br />Public Law 112 -10, The Department of Defense and Full -Year Continuing <br />Appropriations Act, 2011, as amended; 2) Public Law 110 -53, The 9/11 Commission <br />Act of 2007; 3) Public Law 107 -56, (6 U.S:C. § 101 et seq.), the USA Patriot Act of <br />2001; 4) Public Law 107 -296, the Homeland Security Act of 2002,16 U.S.C. 101 et. <br />seq.; 5) Public Law 109 -295, The Post - Katrina Emergency Management Reform Act of <br />2006, 6 U.S.C. 752(c); 6) Public Law 109 -171, The Deficit Reduction Act of 2005, as <br />amended by Public Law 110 -53; 7) Public Law 109 -459, the Call Home Act of 2006; 8) <br />Public Law 93 -288, the Robert T.
